In the meantime, CDI College retained the former Chief Justice of the Quebec Superior Court, the Honorable Francois Rolland, of the law firm Langlois, to conduct an internal audit of the recruitment practices of CDI College and its recruitment partner(s). We are pleased to announce that Judge Rolland, working with his colleague Sophie Perreault, has identified no illegal activities on the part of CDI College or its recruitment partner Gautam Services, based on the documentation provided, the interviews conducted and the scope of the audit. We are hopeful that this outcome will be instrumental in assisting authorities to advance your applications with IRCC to the next stages.
CDI College will continue to work with Gautam Services and its other recruitment partners to implement extra steps, taking into account certain recommendations provided by Langlois, in order to further enhance compliance and protection for our students.
