Mental Health Tips
Have a support system. Keep family and friends close. They love, support, and value you. Talking can be a huge help.
Get enough sleep. Try to get into a routine. Turn that TV off at a reasonable time!

Study Tips
Reward yourself! After finishing some of your work, reward yourself by doing something you enjoy.
Eat! Your brain functions much better when it has fuel. Some brain food includes: blueberries, avacado, dark chocolate, and tea!
